Unopened Products Only: Returns are only accepted if the product is completely unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is fully responsible for paying all return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
✉️ How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, you must follow these sequential steps before shipping any items back to us:
Contact Us via Email: Send an email to info.gamezoplay@gmail.com.
Required Subject Line: The email must be sent with the exact subject title: "Request of Return".
Include Product Images: Your email must contain clear, high-resolution photographs of the product, showing its current condition and verifying that all factory seals and packaging remain unbroken.
Attach Your Receipt: You must attach your original digital receipt or order confirmation directly to the email as proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds and Processing
Inspection Upon Arrival: Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refund Issuance: If the product is approved after inspection (confirming it is undamaged and unopened), your refund will be processed. The amount will automatically be credited back to your original method of payment via Stripe within a few business days.
