🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We comply with the standard European distance selling regulations, offering a 14-day return period from the day you receive your parcel.

• Items must be entirely un-opened, unused, and remain in their original factory-sealed shrink wrap or packaging.
• Due to the nature of Trading Card Games, individual booster packs or opened card products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
• Pre-orders and specially sourced distributor backorders are secured individually and are non-refundable once processed.
